Day 8 (16 June): Heading Vienna, Austria

It's a very short stay in Austria. Indeed, we left for Austria (from Budapest) in the morning, and arrived by noon. We had our lunch in the town centre and it was followed by the city tour, plus a visit to the Schonbrunn Palace.

Of course, the highlight was the Schonbrunn Palace. There was some resemblance between this and the Versailles Palace. In terms of the building, it's elaborate... comparable to that in Versailles. However, in terms of the garden, it's much more grander! It's a pity that we had only 10 minutes for the garden! There were so much more to explore.

This was also the most 'packed' day when we only had about 2 hours to shop about for stuff... oh yes, the Manner Waffer that Diana recommended... Yes, it was nice, indeed :)
